Physical and Maintenance
Our property manager will work with in-house and outside contractors, as necessary, to evaluate a property’s long- and short-term physical maintenance requirements and work with you to create a plan that is both comprehensive and cost-effective.
After a tenant has moved in we are able to mitigate, problem solve and assign the tasks that are needed in a timely manner to vendors.
Financial Management and and Reporting
With the assistance of our in-house accounting team and Boyes Group Realty, Globex ensures accurate and timely financial information.
Each owner is given 24 hour access to their own personal portal allowing them to see bills, tasks, reports and payments.
Tenants are also assigned a portal that allows for direct debiting of rent so they don’t have to worry about personally submitting rent each month.
Security Deposits from tenants are held in trust by Boyes Group Realty Inc.
Administrative and Coordination
Our property manager ensures each residential investment is managed according to good residential practices and in compliance with The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
