Due to our vast experience with the physical management of small to large multi unit commercial buildings we are able to problem solve and advise on short- and long-term preventative maintenance and repair requirements.
Fee Collection, Vendor Payment and Financial Reporting
With the assistance of our in-house accounting team and Boyes Group Realty, Globex ensures accurate and timely financial information.
Each owner is given 24 hour access to their own personal portal allowing them to see bills, tasks, reports and payments.
Tenants are also assigned a portal that allows for direct debiting of rent ensuring don’t have to worry about personally submitting rent each month.
Security Deposits from tenants are held in trust by Boyes Group Realty Inc. .
